Viewing the house can be scheduled via email below. Copy/photo of ID of each person attending is required. Priority given to potential buyers with proof of funds. No open house is planned for this sale.
The Seller does not have sufficient presence in Tallahassee to arrange and see through repairs, thus only AS IS offers are considered. This by no means indicates lack of quality of the house, quite the contrary. The Seller loves the house and wants to see it go to a buyer who is willing and financially able to do quality work, if needed, not the minimal cheap reparis just to satisfy any inspection concerns.
